Bathroom Water Damage
This room obviously isn't the bathroom. The bathroom is on the other side of a connected wall. When water started flooding the bathroom, it came through the floor and under the walls to the adjoining rooms.
The flooring has to be pulled up. This was so we could extract all the water and leave little room for future mold growth. Sometimes walls have to be cut for optimal drying. Drying in place with no cuts is the IICRC standard and takes real knowledge of the science of drying. We strive to implement this knowledge on all our jobs so the fastest drying can take place.
