Category 3 Bathtub Restoration

There's nothing quite like relaxing with a bath after a long day. But certainly not with the water shown above. You could imagine the tenants surprise seeing their tub in that condition.

Sewage water forced its way up through the bathtub drain. This type of water is called Category 3 or Black Water. This type of water is the most unsanitary to come into contact with, even causing death if ingested. Great care was taken to make sure no trace of Category 3 water was left after it was cleaned. The tenant was very happy with tub after it had been cleaned and restored by the SERVPRO team.
