Prepare for Winter Storms

We have been so long in this drought cycle that the idea of possible storms and flooding just doesn’t seem real.

Prepare now for that possibility. Contact your local DMA (Disaster Management Area), their purpose is to help you get ready and give you the type of information you’ll need in case of flooding from storms.

Look carefully at your sites and determine what the weaknesses are. Put your own disaster response team together and give them the tools they need to keep your operation going.

Lastly, think about who you will call if the worst happens. Do they have the manpower, equipment, and expertise available to make it "Like it never even happened." Ask those questions now, be prepared for the winter storms to come.
