Bob & Marsha found themselves in that situation, never using their insurance of 20yrs! Until they woke up one Sunday morning, and they found water in their home.
Our team at SERVPRO of Downey got close with Bob & Marsha throughout their loss. Our team was there every day to handle the loss but also address the anxieties and many questions Bob and Marsha had. In the end, we all felt like family.
